A Very Potter Musical

We’ll be watching A Very Potter Musical on January 15, 2012 at 1:00PM Eastern via our new Synchtube Room at: http://www.synchtube.com/r/hpreview. If you don’t already have an account, make sure to sign up for one ahead of time. Log in & head to our room, but don’t start watching until 1PM! We’ll start it for everyone so that we’re all in sync with each other. Then we’ll watch & chat together!

If you’ve never used Synchtube before, there will be a practice run on January 14 at 8:00PM Eastern. We’ll work out the bugs and we hope everyone will feel more familiar with the site afterward. Feel free to join us at 8:00PM!

Watch Daniel Radcliffe on Saturday Night Live with Us!

Daniel Radcliffe will be on Saturday Night Live tonight, January 14, 2012 at 11:30PM Eastern on NBC. We’ll be watching him on our own TV sets and chatting with each other at our LiveStream channel: http://www.livestream.com/hpreview. We hope you will join us!

Re-Viewing DH2!

If it’s Thanksgiving, it must be Harry Potter! Or, at least a HP ReView! That’s right, folks – we are watching DH2 Sunday, Nov 27th at 7 PM EST.

So….. cue up your DVD/BluRay, and…. sign in here: http://www.livestream.com/hpreview at 6:30 so we have time to do intros and chat about DH2. We will start the film promptly at 7!

Countdown: 1 day to go!

Tomorrow is the big day! We can’t wait to chat with you all on Sunday, May 29 during the real event! Your mission today is simple: spread the word about the Harry Potter Movie Re-View by telling everyone who your favorite character in the first movie is. You can tweet, post on Facebook, post on your blog, do a vlog, mention it in your podcast–the possibilities are endless. Just tell people who your favorite character is and that you can’t wait to watch the first movie and chat online with fellow fans!

Lessons Learned from the Dry Run:
- have your film Ready To Go!
- use the atomic clock to know when to start the film.
- get ready well before start time!

Can you believe there are only 2 days until our virtual re-viewing of the first Harry Potter movie? Make sure you’re ready!

Track down the recipes online and gather up the ingredients for some wizard-themed snacks. Some of our suggestions include: butterbeer, chocolate frogs, scroll wraps, and pumpkin pasties. Yum! Whether you’ll be watching on your own or with a group to share the food & drink, be sure to tune in virtually on Sunday, May 29 at 8:00 PM EDT!
